The PCM sessions have been effective, have helped to understand one another and were also lots of fun. They were eye-opening, especially when dealing with difficult situations within our intercultural teams, our customers or project members which we only work with temporarily. Within the team the ability to talk openly about issues and conflicts and to give valuable feedback has increased by the implementation of PCM.
