Hi, I’m Veerle Verstraeten!

Ever since I was young, I’ve been intrigued by how people come together – whether it’s within families, teams, or large organizations. Each group brings its own spark and I’ve always loved figuring out how to ignite that spark into something bigger. From subtle shifts to bold actions, I’m passionate about supporting people and teams to move forward, embrace change, and discover new possibilities.

I kicked off my career 25 years ago, starting in corporate roles as an assistant to get a hands-on feel for how things truly work. From there, I rose through HR positions, leading teams and managing international projects and work globally. These early years gave me invaluable insights at every level of an organization, helping me understand how people thrive and how to guide and inspire them.

Today, after more than a decade working independently, I bring all that experience to individuals, teams, families and leaders around the world. I’m not just a coach or facilitator – I’m your Co-Driver on this journey. I’m known for listening carefully and asking bold questions, for sparking new ideas and for helping teams out of stagnation. I offer fresh perspectives and create a space where people feel safe, excited to collaborate and take action. We’ll build momentum together, setting a solid foundation for profound progress, where trust and collaboration come alive, making work feel exciting and full of potential.

When I am not co-driving teams and leaders, I’m recharging with outdoor adventures, yoga and catch up time with my husband, family and friends. I also have a never-ending curiosity, always learning new things in order to serve my clients and myself better. They call me the “carrier pigeon” because – wherever I go – geographically or in a challenging situation, I find my way, and I’ll help you find yours too.
